Red Hot Yoga - Smyrna is dedicated to practice, support and grow, collectively and individually through our yoga journeys. Built on the love of the practice, our focus at Red Hot Yoga – Smyrna is simple. Guiding you through your yoga practice with clarity, alignment, and awareness. Linking movement with breath. Body with mind. Our mats are the playgrounds upon which we learn about ourselves. We work with you, at your level, while building the foundation to go deeper. We are also well versed in modifications, and adjustments as needed so it is accessible to all. Room is heated to 100-105 degrees with infrared panels.
