Justin Baldoni's lawyer Bryan Freedman clarified his comments calling Blake Lively a 'victim,' saying in a new podcast interview, 'I actually think that a lot of people are victims here.'

As Baldoni’s representation, Freedman is pursuing both Lively and the New York Times in suits relating to Lively’s harassment claims that were filed in court and in public with the Times last December.

In new court documents, Judge Lewis Liman responded to Blake Lively's "attorney's eyes only" (AEO) request for evidence in her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni.
