Disney’s remake of “Lilo & Stitch” topped the box office with an estimated $183 million in ticket sales from its opening Thursday night through Monday in the U.S. and Canada.

“When there is something for everyone in the marketplace, that’s when it really hums,” Paramount domestic distribution president Chris Aronson told TheWrap.
