Rogelio "Roger" Nores, who was a friend of Liam Payne, as well as two hotel workers from CasaSur Palermo, had their manslaughter charges dropped by the Argentina Court of Appeals on Wednesday evening in the late One Direction singer's ongoing death investigation.
