Stephen Curry will miss Game 5 of the second round series between the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves with the hamstring strain that has kept him out since Game 1, the team announced Tuesday.

Minnesota uses a 3rd quarter barrage led by Anthony Edwards to stake a 3-1 series lead and move within a win of the West Finals.

The Timberwolves lead the series 3-1 after their 117-110 win in San Francisco. Game 5 is Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. at Target Center. Technically, Golden State could win that game and push the series back to California to give Curry a crack at a triumphant return, but that feels highly unlikely.
