Donald Trump is suing Dow Jones, News Corp, Rupert Murdoch and the Wall Street Journal for defamation over the Jeffrey Epstein birthday letter story.

Trump, calling the story “fake,” “defamatory,” and a “hoax,” vowed to “sue his a** off,” meaning Murdoch. Vice President JD Vance and Elon Musk publicly denounced the Journal report, with Vance calling it “complete and utter BS.”

The lawsuit sets the stage for another legal showdown initiated by Trump against the media, this time against his close ally.
