King and Queen of the Ring tournaments are underway, with three Superstars from each bracket already cashing their tickets to the semifinals.

Every first round match for the King & Queen of the Ring tournaments were announced as fatal four-way matches, rather than just singles bouts. This allowed many more names to get involved in order to earn a shot at the semi-finals and finals.

Cody Rhodes made his return to WWE Friday Night SmackDown action during the main event on June 13. He defeated Andrade, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Damian Priest to secure his spot in the semifinals. His next opponent will be determined on June 16 when Rusev, Sheamus, Jey Uso, and Bronson Reed clash on WWE Raw on Netflix.
