Harvey Weinstein's rape and sexual assault trial is set to wrap up with closing arguments to the jury by prosecutors and defense lawyers on Tuesday in Manhattan, a year after a state appeals court overturned the former movie mogul's 2020 conviction.

Crown and defense will prepare for closing submissions before the judge gets the case and rules on the fate of the five defendants.

Her name is Crystal McKinney. The model, who filed a complaint against Weinstein this year, also filed a sexual assault complaint against Sean Combs in 2024.
