Special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff joins 'Fox & Friends' to discuss brokering the release of American hostage Marc Fogel from Russia.

The Kremlin reported Wednesday that an unidentified Russian citizen was freed in the U.S. in exchange for Moscow’s release of American Marc Fogel but refused to identify him until he arrives in Russia.

Fogel was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Russia, which the U.S. has condemned as a wrongful detention, after a small amount of medical cannabis was found in his luggage.
