More than 130 people are dead after devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country that began early on the Fourth of July.

The Texas community is paying tribute to the lives lost from the devastating flash flooding. It comes as President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump visited Kerrville, Texas on Friday to survey the damage and met with grieving families.

Commissioners in Kerr County, Texas, are set to meet Monday in their first official court hearing since more than 100 people, including children and counselors at a summer camp, were killed in catastrophic flooding last week.

The region of Texas that suffered tremendous loss last week because of heavy rain and flooding is once again in danger of taking in more water. On Sunday morning, the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the epicenter of the catastrophic Independence Day flooding event.
