Authorities in the Bahamas say that an aircraft crashed 80 miles off the coast of Florida on Tuesday, and that all 10 people aboard have been rescues.

"He was finally going to be able to fulfill his goal of taking care of us and starting our life with our children,” his wife said

A plane went down in a mountainous area of central Utah on Sunday, and the crash appeared to have started a fire.

A Maine game warden pilot, Joshua Tibbetts, 50, died when his Cessna 185F Skywagon crashed in Avon, Maine, on Tuesday morning. Witnesses reported the plane struggling against heavy winds and appearing out of control before it crashed into a mountain.

The three new lawsuits also accused one of the UPS pilots who died of failing to prevent the Louisville plane crash.
