In simultaneous free agent deals, the Dolphins got a former Bucs linebacker while Miami’s Anthony Walker goes to Tampa.

The Miami Dolphins have made the equivalent of a trade in free agency with a swap of linebackers with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The team reportedly agreed to terms Thursday morning with four-year veteran K.

The Miami Dolphins announced new contracts for four of their players who were set to become free agents Wednesday afternoon. New deals for safety Elijah Campbell and outside linebacker Quinton Bell were already reported ahead of the start of the new league year.

KJ Britt will join the Dolphins while Anthony Walker Jr. will head to the Buccaneers, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Thursday morning. Both players signed one-year deals with their respective teams.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that the team has agreed to terms with Anthony Walker on a one-year deal. Walker will help fill the hole left by K.J. Britt. Britt will returning the favor as he has agreed to a deal to help replace Walker on the Dolphins defense.
