Two people were hurt after a dump truck driver hit 13 cars that were stopped for a red light in Sarasota, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

As of Tuesday morning, portions of West Street, Cottage Street and Holland Avenue remain closed while electrical crews work to repair the damage.
