Sirianni was born on June 15, 1981, in Jamestown, New York, the son of Fran and Amy Sirianni. His father was the head football coach at Southwestern Central High School in West Ellicott, New York, where Sirianni graduated in 1999. Fran coached there for approximately nine seasons.

All of the emotions—from the highs to the lows—came to a head on Sunday night in the immediate aftermath of the victory when Sirianni saw his family for the first time on the field.
