High-stakes talks between senior officials from Ukraine and the United States on how to end Kyiv’s three-year war with Russia have opened.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will visit Saudi Arabia over March 10-12 for talks with Ukrainian counterparts, a statement from the U.S. Department of State said.

After Trump and Zelenskyy’s argument at the White House in February, peace talks between the U.S. and Ukraine are set to take place in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
