Colts QB Anthony Richardson Sr. dislocated the pinkie finger on his right (throwing) hand in the first quarter of Thursday night's preseason opener against the Baltimore Ravens and will not return.

Colts' QB Anthony Richardson has been ruled out for the remainder of the team's preseason game vs. the Ravens due to injury.

The Ravens pass rusher had a clean run at Richardson, who is competing with Daniel Jones for the Indianapolis starting job at quarterback. After the sack, Richardson jogged to the sideline and was replaced by Jones. The plan for Indianapolis prior to the game was for Richardson to start and play 1 1/2 quarters, with Jones playing half a quarter.
