Kentucky Derby winner, Sovereignty, is set for a rematch with Preakness Stakes winner, Journalism, having finished first and second, respectively, in the first leg of the Triple Crown. Journalism was originally favored to win the 2025 Kentucky Derby with 5-1 morning line odds.

The 157th running of the Belmont Stakes belongs to Sovereignty! Sunday's final leg of the Triple Crown pitted Kentucky Derby winner Sovereignty against Preakness Stakes champion Journalism in a a 1 1/4 mile rematch of their early May showdown at Churchill Downs.
