The game will be broadcast for free on KFAA (Ch. 29), WFAA's sister station. It's the first KFAA game of the season under a new broadcast agreement between the Wings and TEGNA, the parent company of WFAA and KFAA. The Wings on Monday night will be looking to rebound after losing to the Lynx, 99-84 on Friday night.

Rookie Paige Bueckers led the Wings with 19 points in the loss but looked more comfortable with the speed and physicality of the game than in her WNBA debut.

It was a battle of the top two picks from the 2025 WNBA draft between Bueckers and Seattle’s Dominique Malonga. Malonga shares a home country with Wembanyama, as both are from France and have both played for the French national teams.
