Owens, a 66-year-old former NFL player, told producers he is looking for women 45 to 60 years old and to "try to stay away from the artificial hips and the wigs, that kind of stuff."

Owens, who was announced as the next “Golden Bachelor” in April, noted that a producer for the show assured him that the women on his upcoming season are “going to be hot” regardless of their ages. He also recalled the producer telling him not to “use the word ‘cut’” to refer to eliminating contestants.
