Boston hosts 'Good Trouble' rallies honoring John Lewis, addressing various social justice issues, with a rally at Copley Square moving to Boston Common.

Hundreds of Pioneer Valley residents joined protests in the name of the late civil rights leader U.S. Rep. John Lewis.

Tens of thousands are expected to rally nationwide on the fifth anniversary of the death of a civil rights leader.

Protesters gathered along University Avenue next to Fred Cone Park to join the nationwide “Good Trouble” protest from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Inspired by the late Congressman John Lewis, protest organizers said the display was a response to attacks on people’s “civil and human rights by the Trump administration.”

More than two dozen protests were planned across Arizona to honor the late Rep. John Lewis, a longtime civil rights leader.

A couple dozen protesters took to the pedestrian bridge over Route 18 to protest Trump Administration policies.
