Scottsdale police have located the body of a hiker who went into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve on Wednesday and did not return.

Megan Pasquel says Hannah Moody was the type of person to take the shirt off of her own back and give it someone in need.

Hannah Moody, 31, was found dead in Scottdale on Thursday afternoon. Moody was reported missing after being last seen on Wednesday in the Gateway Trailhead area of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve.
