Ethan Nieneker, 32, is accused of killing three people, including a 4-year-old girl, outside a Target store in Austin, Texas.

Hector Leopoldo Martinez Machuca, 24; Adam Chow, 65, and Chow’s 4-year-old granddaughter, Astrid Fung, were killed in the shooting.

Nieneker, 32, has been charged in connection with a deadly shooting spree at a Target car park in North Austin, Texas, that left three people dead, including a grandfather, his 4-year-old granddaughter and a store employee.
