A Russian missile attack on Ukraine's southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region on Tuesday killed at least nine people, damaged civilian infrastructure and wounded dozens of train passengers, officials said.

Comes as British defence ministry said more than a million Russian soldiers had died or suffered injuries so far

Russian forces have relentlessly blasted civilian areas of Ukraine throughout the war, which is now in its fourth year.
