After being fired from his role as the head coach of the New Orleans Saints following a 2-7 start to the season, it didn't take Dennis Allen too long to find a new job.

The Bears are bringing in former New Orleans Saints head coach Dennis Allen as defensive coordinator. Chicago has also hired Denver Broncos tight ends coach Declan Doyle to serve as the offensive coordinator and is retaining special teams coordinator Richard Hightower.

With Richard Hightower returning to run special teams, Coach Ben Johnson has the key pieces of his staff in place.
