MDOT: I-196/US-131 ramps reopen after semi-truck crash damage

Post-holiday commutes in Grand Rapids are set to be a lot easier. The ramps from westbound I-196 to southbound US-131 and from northbound US-131 to eastbound I-196 are open, MDOT reports.
