England's miserable tour of India ends with another heavy defeat as they suffer a 3-0 one-day international series loss.

India completed a 3-0 series sweep against England after Shubman Gill's fluent hundred, helped by some incisive bowling, secured their victory by 142 runs in the final one day international in Ahmedabad on Wednesday.
