Liverpool continue their title march, but it’s the race for Champions League football that will keep us transfixed until May. There are at least seven clubs vying for third, fourth and fifth and this was a weekend on which several made a giant step forward.

It was another positive weekend for Liverpool as it hunts down a 20th top-flight title - and, incredibly, it's possible Everton could hand its rivals the title in a few weeks.

Fabian Hurzeler's Brighton will look to maintain their superb recent form as they host Fulham, which are looking to build on a big cup win. The hosts are on a run of three straight wins in the EPL, and a victory today could push them as high as fifth in the table.
