Dozens of countries signed a statement in support of ‘inclusive and sustainable artificial intelligence’; the EU committed billions to the development effort.

It’s a communique aimed at ensuring countries develop AI that is “sustainable for people and the planet” and is “open, inclusive, transparent, ethical, safe, secure and trustworthy, taking into account international frameworks for all.
