SEATTLE — Roman Anthony hit his first career major league home run in the first inning Monday. The 21-year-old, who is batting third in the Boston Red Sox lineup, belted a 391-foot home run to right field. It left his bat with a 104 mph exit velocity.

The trade of Rafael Devers is not exactly well-received in Boston, and now the Red Sox will have to hope the prospects they got back from the Giants can ease some of the sting.
