LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. ( WHNT) — A Correctional Officer was honored for saving an inmate’s life in Limestone County.

Officer Montana McClendon's fast actions and bravery saved an inmate from a potential overdose, earning her a Certificate of Commendation from Limestone County.
