Investigators say six people aboard a private plane died when it crashed in a San Diego neighborhood in heavy fog.

Investigators are piecing together the final moments before a small private jet crashed into a San Diego neighborhood, killing all passengers on board. According to the NTSB, the skies were foggy, and that the destination airport’s runway approach lights and automated weather reports were not functioning properly.

A San Diego County-based music agency lost three employees in the jet crash, including co-founder Dave Shapiro and Emma Huke, a booking associate. Music photographer Celina Marie Rose Kenyon was also killed.
