There were two confirmed tornadoes amid a flurry of warnings as storms moved through eastern South Dakota during the afternoon and evening of July 28.

Parts of Lincoln County were not as lucky as Sioux Falls, including what the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office called "significant" damage to Hudson.
