A black bear with a history of breaking into occupied cars and homes was euthanized by a state park ranger after attacking a woman over the weekend and trying to enter a camper with sleeping teens.

A bear was euthanized after it attacked a woman in her trailer at a Lake Tahoe campground, following a string of other attempted break-ins, according to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
