In Tennessee, three locations closed abruptly on Wednesday. All three locations show as permanently closed on Google and are no longer displayed on Hooters' webpage listing Tennessee locations.

Only three Memphis restaurants closed in May 2025, continuing a trend of fewer closures compared to 2024. Bahama Breeze closed its location near Wolfchase Galleria, one of 15 closures nationwide.
