MINOA, N.Y. — A large commercial fire in the Village of Minoa Saturday night is highlighting the strain emergency crews face as Central New York remains under a mandatory water conservation order.
Officials say nine firefighters were injured when the second floor of the home collapsed, pinning several of them under heavy debris.
