A statue depicting President Donald Trump and the late Jeffrey Epstein reenacting that famous Jack and Rose scene in the movie "Titanic," popped up in D.C. earlier this week.
The installation is the latest in a series of satirical statues created by an anonymous group of artists called the Secret Handshake.
