Volusia County deputies are actively looking for a suspect wanted in a double homicide in Binghamton, New York, the department announced Tuesday afternoon. Scott C. Mitchell, 50, "should be considered armed and dangerous," the Volusia Sheriff's Office said. Mitchell is believed to be on foot, possibly in the DeLand area.
