Until Thursday, we thought we’d heard it all about Dallas Cowboys coach Brian Schottenheimer’s efforts to organically build what he hopes will be “the greatest culture in professional sports.” Last week we were told about Schottenheimer moving the ping pong table from The Star in Frisco’s players’ lounge to the locker room.

One of the main changes during the offseason was moving on from head coach Mike McCarthy and replacing him with Brian Schottenheimer. George Pickens was also acquired in a major trade following the draft with the Pittsburgh Steelers. With those two moves, the Cowboys are hoping to see a big-time year from quarterback Dak Prescott.
