The judge overseeing Sean “Diddy” Combs’ criminal trial has denied the defense’s second request for a mistrial over their claims of “prosecutorial misconduct.”

The jury saw a text from Sean Combs’ former girlfriend, testifying under the pseudonym "Jane," expressing happiness with him after she signed a lease for a house that Combs funded.

Hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs has been charged in federal court with sex trafficking and racketeering and has pleaded not guilty.

After days testifying that the mogul pressured her to have sex with other men, the woman is being cross-examined by a lawyer for Combs about their three-year relationship.

"Jane" told the jury that she started the fight by knocking Combs into a countertop and throwing candles at him before he allegedly chased her around her Los Angeles home. She further alleged that Combs kicked doors, placed her in a chokehold, lifted her by the neck, dragged her by the hair and arm, and punched and kicked her.

Despite alleged abuse, she told the court that she still loves Combs, who she believes may have been exploring bisexuality by watching her have sex with other men.
