Dillon Gabriel, one of the standout players for the Oregon Ducks last season, sent a clear message to all teams ahead of the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft.

One of the primary knocks on Oregon Ducks quarterback Dillon Gabriel during the draft process is likely to be his size. At 5-foot-11, 200 pounds, Gabriel is shorter and lighter than the average quarterback. The good news is Gabriel isn't concerned if some evaluators view his height as a con.

Dillon Gabriel heads into the NFL draft with three college football stops, most recently with the Oregon Ducks. Yet, Gabriel's longest tenure was with the UCF Knights which was followed by a two-year stint for the Oklahoma Sooners before the quarterback's move to the Pacific Northwest.

Gabriel is leaning into six years of college experience from UCF, to Oklahoma and Oregon, and a winning track record to prove to NFL teams he can overcome his lack of height.

Seeing Jayden Daniels and Bo Nix thrive as rookie quarterbacks in 2024 would seem to be a plus for Dillon Gabriel's chances of landing an NFL job, but his similar level of experience as a starter is offset by a big physical difference.
