Jorrel Hato is set to fly in for a Chelsea medical after a deal worth £37million, plus add-ons, was agreed with Ajax.

Both clubs have now come to an agreement following lengthy negotiations, with it understood that Hato has been given permission to travel to London to finalise his transfer.
