Kilmar Abrego Garcia will remain in federal court custody in Tennessee on Wednesday after a judge postponed a ruling on whether he should be freed while awaiting trial.

"Kilmar, thanks to his family fighting forward, has become a symbol of strength, perseverance, and fight," Lydia Walther-Rodriguez told the crowd.
