Nicole Kidman has debuted a new vibrant hair colour and style after she had fans thinking she had chopped her locks at this year’s Met Gala. The Oscar-winning actress stunned on the cover of Allure magazine’s May edition, where she looked almost unrecognisable at first glance.

As with her reported ‘wig snafu’ at the Cannes Film Festival Sunday, Kidman has become known for wearing hairpieces and wigs in her movies that call too much attention to themselves.

Normally, Nicole Kidman is the queen of great wigs, but on the 2025 Cannes Film Festival red carpet, her hair piece failed to do its job.
