Footage released Friday by the Police Department shows that a 16-year-old boy was running from a shooting at Santa Fe Depot when he was fatally shot by a responding officer last month.

There are no indications that the teen fired his gun during the incident or was holding it when the officer, a two-year member of the police department, opened fire on him.
