Just days after their WWE contracts officially expired, Karrion Kross and Scarlett have been announced for their first post-WWE appearance. The booking at a major independent convention seems to be the strongest evidence yet that their departure from the company is legitimate.

For numerous years, Karrion Kross and Scarlett were part of the WWE, trying to establish themselves. Both had two runs with WWE, so unfortunate that Karrion Kross didn’t rise to the occasion as fans hoped he would.

Kross said he received a contract renewal offer last Tuesday. He also noted that his wife, Scarlett Bordeaux, who served as his manager under the pseudonym Scarlett, did not receive a contract renewal.
