Scottsdale Police say they have numerous officers on scene near Main Street and Scottsdale Road for reports of a shooting.

A man is in custody accused of shooting and killed a man near Miller and McDowell Roads in Scottsdale Tuesday.

A man was killed in a Scottsdale shooting on Tuesday afternoon, while another man was arrested in connection, the police department said.

A Scottsdale shooting that took place around 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday in the area of Miller and McDowell roads allegedly left one dead.

Scottsdale Police say they have numerous officers on scene near Main Street and Scottsdale Road for reports of a shooting. When police arrived in the area around 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, they found someone who had been shot.

The shooting and subsequent standoff happened on May 20 on Miller Road, just north of McDowell Road in south Scottsdale.
