Spain caps off a tremendous weekend of running at the World Athletics Relays by overtaking the United States in a thrilling finish to the women's 4x400m relay in Guangzhou, China.

The United States breezed to its first gold medal at the 2025 World Athletics Relays, clocking in at a record-breaking 3:09.54 and earning a spot in the World Championships.
