He’ll stay until they fire him and then he’d probably take a job at UCF in a heartbeat to get as far away from California, Oklahoma and the SEC and Big 10 as possible.

If you judge by those metrics, Lincoln Riley is one of the best college football coaches in history, despite the fact that he's never won a CFP game. I don't necessarily think producing pro football talent is less valid than pursuing championships. Technically college should be about putting you in the best position to succeed professionally.
