Mar 30, 2023 · TNMP has launched a new and improved online outage map. The redesigned map provides customers with real-time, detailed outage information. TNMP updated the map to make it easier for customers to get more detailed information about power outages when they occur.

Aug 1, 2022 · TNMP researched options and identified a solution with meters using new communication technology. The solution was approved by the Public Utility Commission of Texas. The rollout that began in February 2022 originally had been scheduled to begin in autumn 2021 and conclude in 2022.
