I have been using kraken as my primary exchange since 2016. I have tried other exchanges and still prefer all of the features and user interface of kraken. Through these years and lots of transactions, I have never had an issue that wasn't my fault. Each time, support was available and responded timely.

I expected two sides of driving licence, being asked to move my head / say something on the video, etc. Instead, I was only asked to upload one side of my driving licence, and got verified in seconds.
